Kolbe Academy offers families a variety of tuition payment options for all enrollment types. Families enrolling in Full-time Flex or Full-time Standard (without online courses) may choose to pay tuition in full, and all enrollment types may choose to avail of our payment plan options.
Once your initial deposit is paid (refer to the chart below for deposit amounts), the remaining tuition can be set up on a payment plan via Blackbaud Tuition Management. Enrollment in Blackbaud is required after completing student enrollment and before registering for courses.
Payment Plan Monthly Options:
- 10 Monthly Payments
- 6 Monthly Payments
- 2 Monthly Payments
The final payment of any payment plan must be completed by March 31st of the following year, regardless of the enrollment date or the date of the first payment.
Please ensure your payment account remains current. If your Blackbaud account becomes 30 days past due, no additional course changes or services will be permitted. A late fee will be applied, and your student's online access may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.

Blackbaud allows you to select a payment method and due date that works for you, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Blackbaud fees:
Blackbaud charges additional administration and platform fees, which are the responsibility of the family. Administration fees are a one time fee of $22 for a 2-payment plan and $56 for multi-pay.
Platform fees are calculated as follows:
- Credit card and Debit card payments will be charged 3.12%.
- Bank Payments (Checking/Savings) – Any transactions over $220 will be assessed $2.50 flat amount and anything under $220 will be assessed 1% plus $0.30.
- Example October Amount Due $200: ($200 x 1%)+.30 = $202.30 (Platform Fee is $2.30)
- Example October Payment $1000: $1000.00 + $2.50 = $1002.50 (Platform Fee is $2.50)
Kolbe Deposit Information:
Deposits are collected at the time of enrollment and will be applied toward the total tuition amount entered into Blackbaud.
