When you enroll with Kolbe Academy, you are committed to the full academic year. If you choose to pay your tuition in full, the deposit is included in the total amount and will be deducted from any refunds. If you opt for a payment plan, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance. After 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the following refund policy will apply to the remaining tuition balance:

For Full-time Standard, Full-time Flex, and Part-time: 50% of the remaining tuition is refundable.

If you cancel your unused tutoring sessions, you will receive a credit to your account equal to the value of your unused sessions less the $50 deposit

If you cancel an unused accountability package, you will receive a credit to your account equal to the value of your unused package less the $50 deposit.
