Kolbe Academy awards more than $150,000 per year in need-based financial aid, in addition to offering flexible payment plans through Blackbaud Tuition Management, multi-child discounts and a family maximum of 5 students.
To be considered for financial aid for the upcoming school year, financial aid applications must be received by March 31st.
Here are the steps to follow to be considered for financial aid:
- Apply and enroll with Kolbe Academy here: Kolbe Portal
- If you live in a state that has educational funding available, you will need to apply there first. For more information: State Educational Funding
- On the Kolbe enrollment form, be sure to answer “Yes”, that you plan to apply for financial aid.
- You will be required to pay a deposit of $50
- Here is the link to the financial aid application: Financial Aid Application. The deadline for submission of the financial aid application is March 31st.
- You need to select courses before being considered for financial aid. The course registration link will be emailed and is also available in your Kolbe portal. (No additional fees will be required at this time.)
- The award or denial will be sent by email within 3 weeks of the completed financial aid application and Kolbe Academy enrollment including course registration.
- Awards must be accepted for the funds to be applied. Accept the award by contacting Admissions: [email protected]
Unnaccepted financial aid awards expire after 14 days.
- Set up your Blackbaud Tuition payment account: Enroll in Blackbaud Tuition Plan
- The award will be applied to your Blackbaud Tuition account.
- Enrollment will be finalized.
*Please note that financial aid is not available for purchasing books, Summer courses, Part-time enrollment, Full-time Online PreKindergarten and Kindergarten enrollments.

Applications submitted without documentation will not be processed. Applications without completed enrollments will not be processed.
- Most recent paystubs
- Most recent W-2 forms for all
- Most recently filed federal tax returns: 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ with all
- Most recently filed business tax return: 1120, 1120S, 1065 (if applicable).
- Supplemental income documentation: Social Security income, Welfare, Food Stamps, Child Support, 1099-M Forms, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Veterans Benefits, Housing Allowance
- If you are unable to provide any of the aforementioned items, please submit a Special Circumstance Letter indicating which document(s) you are unable to provide and why. This information will be shared with your school for consideration.
