Kolbe Academy Financial Aid

Kolbe Academy awards over $200,000 each year in need-based financial aid, with the average family award totaling $4,600. Families who qualify typically have an average household income of $74,000. While financial aid helps reduce tuition, most families are still responsible for contributing toward the cost of their student’s education.

Application Deadline: March 31, 2026


How to Apply:

Step 1: Enroll with Kolbe Academy

  • Complete your enrollment in the Kolbe Portal
  • Set up your Blackbaud Payment account
  • Select your courses

Step 2: Submit Your Financial Aid Application

  • Complete your application through Blackbaud Financial Aid
  • Upload all required supporting documents

 

Step 3: Review & Accept Your Award

  • Decisions will be made within 3 weeks
  • Award must be accepted within 14 days of notification, or it expires

 

 

Please Note: Financial Aid cannot be applied toward the following:

  • Books
  • Summer courses
  • Part-time enrollment
  • Full-time Online Pre-K or Kindergarten

Additionally, bookstore credits are not available to students receiving financial aid.

Required Documentation

Applications will not be processed without all required documentation and a completed enrollment.

Submit the following:

  • Most recent pay stubs
  • Most recent W-2 forms (all)
  • Most recent federal tax return (1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ with all schedules)
  • Business tax return (1120, 1120S, or 1065, if applicable)
  • Supplemental income documents: Social Security, Welfare, Food Stamps, Child Support, 1099-M forms, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Veterans Benefits, Housing Allowance

If any documents are unavailable, include a Special Circumstance Letter explaining which items are missing and why. This will be reviewed by the school.
