Utilize this guide to register you student in summer courses! Refer to the appropriate section below regarding your student's status as either non-enrolled or enrolled.

 

My student is not enrolled.

1. Follow the Enrollment Process Guide to enroll your student.
2. Begin with the steps under "My student is enrolled" section.

My student is enrolled.

1. Log into your Kolbe Portal account. 
2. Click "Enroll for Summer Session" for your enrolled student:

  

   

     3. Complete the Enrollment Details section for your student's Summer term. Then click the "Go to Course Selection" link.

 

 

     4. Follow the prompts on your student's "Summer Term Registration" form to select offerings and complete registration: 

 

 

     5. You will be prompted for payment after making all of your selections. Please take a moment here to review the summary of your selections before finalizing the checkout process:

  

 

     6. You will see this "successful payment" confirmation message when payment has been completed: 

 

     7. Once your student's summer registration is processed, the summer courses will populate in the student's Registration Tab of your Kolbe Portal account:
