Kolbe Academy offers monthly video lessons in art, physical education, and music. These courses include a monthly video lesson and a monthly assignment menu. The parent can choose to report these courses for a Pass/Fail grade on the students report card following our grade reporting process.

Kolbe Music

• End of quarter submissions

Grade Reporting

To receive grades for these courses, parents should report the final term's grade with the required sample work in their Kolbe Portal account. Please refer to this guide for more information on this process. 

Adding A Course

If your student is completing art, music, or PE outside of Kolbe Academy and you would like this course reported for a grade, you must register your student for the custom courses by complete the Course Change Request Form as located in the "Registration" tab of your Kolbe Portal account. Report the grade using the applicable grade reporting guide linked above.
