Kolbe Academy offers monthly video lessons in art, physical education, and music. These courses include a monthly video lesson and a monthly assignment menu. The parent can choose to report these courses for a Pass/Fail grade on the students report card following our grade reporting process.

Grade Reporting
To receive grades for these courses, parents should submit their student's final grade though the grade reporting process. Please follow the guide applicable to your student's grade level:
If your student is completing art, music, or PE outside of Kolbe Academy and you would like this course reported for a grade, you must register your student for the non-Kolbe courses by complete the Course Change Request Form as located in the "Registration" tab of your Kolbe Portal account. Report the grade using the applicable grade reporting guide linked above.
