The Kolbe Portal is your one-stop location for accessing important academic information, including your student’s grades. Whether you want to check on grades reported in prior school years or review their final term grades for this current school year, here’s how you can find what you need.

Accessing the Student Profile on the Kolbe Portal

Step 1: Navigate to the Kolbe Portal at portal.kolbe.org.

Step 2: Sign in with your user credentials.

Step 3: Select "View Student's Profile":

Step 4: Click on the "Grades" tab:

Step 5: View your student's grade summary. Ensure you select the corresponding school year in the Academic Term dropdown box:

Troubleshooting Tips

• If you have difficulty logging in, make sure your browser is updated or try clearing your cache.

• If you cannot see grades for a specific class, the teacher may not have posted them yet. 

  • Online course grades are finalized within two weeks of the end of each term.

  • Asynchronous course grades are finalized within 2 weeks of the student's semester exam begin graded.  

  • Traditional and Digital course grade recommendations are submitted by the parent in a grade portfolio. Kolbe reviews and processes these course portfolio's within 4 weeks of submission.

• Contact your assigned advisor if you have any questions regarding your student's academic record and to receive a copy of their K-8 report card or 9-12 unofficial transcript.
