Kolbe Academy provides a store credit as a service provided to students enrolled in the Full-Time Online or Full-Time Standard enrollment options. This guide assists Kolbe families on how to access their account, view their store credit, utilize the credit on bookstore orders, and provides troubleshooting assistance.
Viewing Store Credit

Navigate to the Kolbe Bookstore.

Log in to your account by clicking the account icon in the upper-right menu bar.

On your account landing page, click the Account dropdown in the upper-right menu bar to reveal options.

Select the Profile option.

Any available store credit will appear on the Profile page.
Initiating Checkout

When ready to proceed, click the Shopping Cart button or Finalize Payment on the draft order.

This will redirect to the standard checkout screen.

Utilizing Store Credit

On the Payment screen, locate and select the checkbox that states, Apply store credit. This will apply store credit to the order total.
Completing Payment

The system will calculate the remaining balance after applying store credit.

Enter credit card or other payment information to pay the remaining balance.

Follow the standard checkout process through the bookstore's system.

Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be displayed and sent to the registered email address.
