Monitoring & Verifying Store Credit

Viewing Store Credit

  1. Log in to the Kolbe Bookstore at books.kolbe.org.

  2. On your account landing page, click the Account dropdown in the upper-right menu bar to reveal options.

 
  1. Select the Profile option.

 

  1. Any available store credit will appear on the Profile page.

Initiating Checkout

  1. When ready to proceed, click the Shopping Cart button or Finalize Payment on the draft order.

    • This will redirect to the standard checkout screen.

Utilizing Store Credit

  1. On the Payment screen, locate and select the checkbox that states, Apply store credit. This will apply store credit to the order total.

Completing Payment

  1. The system will calculate the remaining balance after applying store credit.

  2. Enter credit card or other payment information to pay the remaining balance.

  3. Follow the standard checkout process through the bookstore's system.

  4. Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be displayed and sent to the registered email address.

Troubleshooting

  • Store Credit Not Appearing

    • If the store credit is not appearing, please be sure that you are signed in using the primary email address used for enrollment. If problems persist contact customer service at [email protected].

  • Error in Store Credit value

    • If upon reviewing the store credit amount you believe the amount is wrong (i.e., too much or too little), please contact customer service at [email protected].

  • Store Credit Not Applied

    • If the store credit is not applied during checkout, ensure the Apply Store Credit checkbox is selected. If problems persist, contact customer service at [email protected]..
