Kolbe Academy provides a Draft Bookstore Order as a service provided to our Full-Time Online and Full-Time Standard programs. This instruction contains a guide for customers on how to access their accounts, review draft orders, and complete the checkout process, including utilizing store credit.

 

Requirements

• Computer or mobile device with internet access.

• Valid email address and associated mobile phone number associated with the student.

Accessing your Customer Account in the Kolbe Bookstore

Accounts will be automatically created for new customers using the primary email address and phone number provided at enrollment.

 

1. Click the Account icon in the upper-right menu bar.

   

 

2. On the authentication page, Enter the email address used at enrollment and select Continue.

 

3. The bookstore will send a 6-digit verification code by text to the registered mobile phone number.

 

3. Enter the verification code to log in.

 

Reviewing Draft Orders

1. Select the Orders tab

 

2. Select the dropdown next to Confirmed to reveal the Pending option.

 

3. The Pending option is a list of all open orders.

 

4. Review the details of each draft order carefully before checking out.

 

Modifying Draft Orders

If any changes are needed (e.g., adding/removing items, changing shipping address), please contact customer service at [email protected]. Provide clear instructions to customer service regarding the desired modifications so they can best assist you!
