It would be beneficial to reference our High School Planning Folder where we have articles related to advanced coursework, electives, awards, and other topics of importance to high school planning.

Before choosing courses, please refer to our 9th-12th Course Selection Guide where you will notice that the first, and foundational, step in any high school planning is to review graduation requirements and progress. There are a number of excellent support options available to Kolbe Academy families.

Fillable Course of Study

We encourage you to download the Fillable Course of Study that is at the bottom of this article.

PowerSchool Parent Portal

Note: PowerSchool access is only available to returning families in the 23-24 academic year. This graduation progress feature is under development in Kolbe's new portal and will be available to all Kolbe families in the future.

Please check your PowerSchool Parent Portal to review graduation progress for your student:

  • Select the student's name on the blue bar under the PowerSchool logo.
  • Click 'Graduation Progress' under Navigation. Here you can view progress toward earning a Kolbe diploma.
  • For students in the Class of 2024 or 2025 who are still on one of the old diploma types, you can see progress by clicking the blue 'View Additional Plans' button on the right side of the window above the requirements tracking bars.
